Lou says (and after 2 transactions with him we absolutely believed him) that he truly enjoys helping clients find the perfect home. So patient. He is super easy going, with a great work ethic. With some realtors, you get the impression its really all about the fee, and once the contract is written, well "Sayonara, you go figure it out, see ya at closing!". Lou is absolutely not that way. He will consistently do what is in his clients' best interests, a lot of integrity. His commercial real estate background has given him a lot of sophistication in his client skills. And he comes with the marketing power of TTR Sotheby's. This is particularly critical if you are selling a house. He developed a marketing plan that was "by the book" for our house. It included web, staging, social media, print, open houses, international, etc. Also, the TTR Sotheby's realtors seem to be a lot more collegial than most realtors, and will assist each other as needed to provide local micro market expertise. And it all made a difference. The market had shifted pretty unexpectedly in our neighborhood, with suddenly a whole lot of competition. In spite of this surprise, Lou got the job done, and at a good price. And several of the same homes in our prior neighborhood are still on the market, 2 months after our closing absolute proof of Lou's skills. We would, without hesitation, recommend Lou Cardenas.
