Kyle Patton has an in-depth and personal knowledge of the DC Metro community; being born in Fairfax, Virginia, raised in Fort Washington, Maryland, and having lived in the nation’s capital. Kyle’s passion for people, and diverse backgrounds, led him to explore numerous career fields before real estate ranging from public relations, interpersonal psychology, non-profit and private sectors.
While attending Pepperdine University, Kyle expanded his involvement in the Washington DC community working for AmeriCorps VISA, a federal government agency and KaBOOM! a non-profit organization, both geared towards creating opportunity and experiences for underserved communities throughout Washington DC and the entire country.
Kyle’s interest in real estate was piqued by his parent’s experiences with real estate investing and rental properties. Kyle utilized his earned carpentry skills to flip properties with his parents and his real estate experience led to property management and owning rental properties before the age of 24. Prior to joining TTR-Sotheby’s International, Kyle was with Long & Foster. In less than eight months he became the “Top Producer” in a Northern Virginia office. Kyle prides himself on being attentive, thoughtful, and analytical with a desire to offer responsive and personalized experiences to service to his clients and aid in achieving their goals. Kyle is licensed in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. He and his family live in Fairfax, Virginia.
