Frederick grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and is a graduate of Purdue University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree. Soon after, he attended American University and received a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Public Policy, all while teaching at Hyde Addison Elementary School in Georgetown. While selling the importance of a rich education to the District’s children, Frederick realized his natural charisma and passion for bringing joy to others would merge well with a career in real estate. His ability to excite individuals’ imaginations helps him connect client needs with their future goals, ensuring they find a home that fits them now and in the future. Combining this with his knowledge of the DC school districts, Frederick is able to more adequately service the entire family, ensuring that the property needs are met in addition to the needs of the children.
On weekends, you can find Frederick in the Shenandoah exploring some loved trails such as Old Rag, while also finding the paths less traveled. In his spare time, Frederick enjoys running through Meridian Hill Park as well as walking and biking the District neighborhoods, finding new cuisines. Frederick is licensed in DC.
